We have everything you’ll need to fully enjoy amazing Eleuthera on 10-acres of land with over 400 feet of private calm Caribbean waterfront right in your backyard!
From the minute you step foot in this beautiful home, you will be greeted with endless views of the Caribbean aquamarine waters from the living, dining, main bedrooms and large balcony with patio.
Paradise Pointe features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a bright open floor plan and is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. Enjoy infinite water views from nearly every room and lots of unique activities right on the property.
Unique privacy, comfort and great adventures await you right in the very center of Eleuthera.
This clean, modern home features central air conditioning, the highest speed, most reliable internet on the island, and one-of-a-kind amenities you won’t find at any other home.
A private heated pool, an artisan stone barbeque with great views, caves you can stand up in, a 50 ft. look-out tower that provides 360-degree views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean, and the “best snorkeling on the island” as rated by many of our visitors.
Enjoy some of the best Caribbean snorkeling right off your backyard. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or advanced snorkeler. It goes from a couple of feet of depth to about 35 feet deep. You will find living reefs and a large variety of sea life that you’d normally need to go several miles out on a boat to see. It truly feels like swimming in your own Caribbean aquarium – there’s nothing like it! Just put on swim goggles or a mask and snorkel and feel that blood pressure go down.
On most days it is so calm and clear that you can see detailed reef and fish life just standing over the water. Fins are optional because it feels truly like a swimming pool and you can venture out as little or as far as you’d like. There are coral heads across the entire 400+ feet of waterfront right near shore, it is simply amazing!
For those who want to stay in and relax or just remain connected, the house features the most reliable, highest speed internet available on the island. You have Roku, offering the latest news, movies and special entertainment and activated Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. There are also smart TVs with DVD players in the two main bedrooms.
This special property is in a great central location that is private but not secluded. You will be close to it all including the famous Friday night fish fry. You won’t find a wider array of activities at any other property.
Swim, snorkel, take nature walks, explore large caves, picnic and star gaze. The magnificent star-lit skies at night will take your breath away. Enjoy incredible sunset views every evening while enjoying the breezes.
There is no place like Eleuthera, it is truly magical, and we hope you will stay with us and enjoy it as much as we do.

Paradise Pointe far exceeded my expectations. It’s very comfortable. It’s user friendly. Everything works! The walks to the caves and waterfront are a little rugged, but not at all difficult. I loved the sense of separation this secluded location provides. Even with no beach, access to shallow, knee to mid thigh/waist water, depending on the tide, is easy. The views are stunning. It’s 10 minutes from Governors Harbor. It’s 10 minutes to sandy beaches. I thought not having a pool might be a drawback, but once there, it was so nice, I never thought about it again. Great vacation spot!

Not a beach front property or in the hub of the action but what a find!
Only 10 mins drive form Governors Harbour and central to Eleuthera, the property is superb. All the facilities you could want and a short private walk to a snorkelers heaven. Not bad for playing with the paddle board, kayaks or just for a swim. Superb.

This was our first time visiting Eleuthera and we had a wonderful stay at Paradise Pointe! We agree with all the other positive reviews and found the house and premises exactly as described and pictured. The house was very clean and neat with beautiful shining tile floors throughout. The internet was reliable the whole time we were there. The phone was handy for local calls to restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The A.C. and ceiling fans were very effective at cooling when needed. The outdoor shower was an added bonus for rinsing ourselves and our gear after beach excursions. In addition, Deborah was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
Our local contact Terese was very helpful and responsive (via WhatsApp). We also met the caretaker, Romell, who came to fix the railing on the steps leading down to the sea. He was very friendly, as were the other Eleutherans we met on the island!
The house is about 10 minutes north of Governor's Harbour, which is centrally located on the island and has multiple grocery stores, two banks, and several good restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the Haynes Library too.
There are at least two nice restaurants even closer to the house, and there are a number of beautiful beaches within a short drive. As others have mentioned, you may need a Jeep-like vehicle with good ground clearance to navigate some of the beach roads, but there are some nice beaches just off the main highway. As described in the listing, there is very good snorkeling just steps down from the house. (You need to be somewhat agile to walk/climb down to the water. The last bit is a ladder down into the sea.)
The large deck facing the Bight of Eleuthera was great. We enjoyed breakfast out there every morning and saw beautiful sunsets over the water every evening. Late into the evenings we would still sit out there watching the moon and stars and listening to the wavelets lapping along the shore.
One of the things that made Paradise Pointe so special to us was that it was wonderfully quiet, something of a rarity in today's world. It has a nice long driveway from the main highway which means it is blissfully private and tranquil. There are a few other houses visible... close enough so you don't feel like you are too far from civilization, but not close enough to compromise privacy or quiet.

Great place about 4 miles from Governors Harbor. Snorkeling at the end of the private path on the property was the best we found on the whole island of Eleuthera! Well cleaned, everything worked well, lots of room.

Really enjoyed our stay. We never visited the caves because even the teens thought there were too many spiders on the path lol but otherwise we took advantage of some good snorkeling on property down a windy path through the "jungle" and the central location let us enjoy several other beaches on island as well.
