Enjoy some of the best Caribbean snorkeling right off your backyard. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or advanced snorkeler. It goes from a couple of feet of depth to about 35 feet deep. You will find living reefs and a large variety of sea life that you’d normally need to go several miles out on a boat to see. It truly feels like swimming in your own Caribbean aquarium – there’s nothing like it! Just put on swim goggles or a mask and snorkel and feel that blood pressure go down.
On most days it is so calm and clear that you can see detailed reef and fish life just standing over the water. Fins are optional because it feels truly like a swimming pool and you can venture out as little or as far as you’d like. There are coral heads across the entire 400+ feet of waterfront right near shore, it is simply amazing!
For those who want to stay in and relax or just remain connected, the house features the most reliable, highest speed internet available on the island. You have Roku, offering the latest news, movies and special entertainment and activated Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. There are also smart TVs with DVD players in the two main bedrooms.
This special property is in a great central location that is private but not secluded. You will be close to it all including the famous Friday night fish fry. You won’t find a wider array of activities at any other property.

Paradise
Amazing property with beautiful sunsets. The beaches are incredible! My favorite part was the snorkeling right from the back yard! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great house and great location!
The house was exactly as described and so incredibly clean!! Very central location with great restaurants nearby. Snorkeling right off the back yard was really good; we brought our own floats and snorkel gear but there was plenty there to use if needed. The pool was so nice when the surf was a little rough from a windy day but very close to super nice beaches. Deborah was a very good host and we look forward to visiting her wonderful home again!

Relaxing in Paradise
What a great property. It is exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. The communication with Deborah and the property Manager-Romell was excellent and always replied promptly. The directions, guidance, tips and suggestions were perfect. The location is breathtaking. The pool overlooking the beautiful blue water is peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which is perfect because you want to eat every meal looking out at the stunning view.. We enjoyed the use of the SUP and ocean kayak. We loved exploring the caves and snorkeling along the shore line and seeing all of the sea creatures- turtles, sand dollars, tiny fishes, curious barracuda and some of the most beautifully colored and living corals. There’s plenty of beaches within a short driving distance to visit. Just down the road was Governors Harbour with all the food and liquor stores and restaurants you need. The Friday night Fish fry was fun to visit. We are looking forward to returning to Paradise Pointe and would love to stay here again.

Great home/location
Deborah and property manager Romell were great to deal with and provided all the information we could ever need for our trip. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean reef out back. The home was clean and pool was nice. Great location near governors harbor for groceries and restaurants. We hope to return sometime!

Aptly named Property!
Paradise Pointe far exceeded my expectations. It’s very comfortable. It’s user friendly. Everything works! The walks to the caves and waterfront are a little rugged, but not at all difficult. I loved the sense of separation this secluded location provides. Even with no beach, access to shallow, knee to mid thigh/waist water, depending on the tide, is easy. The views are stunning. It’s 10 minutes from Governors Harbor. It’s 10 minutes to sandy beaches. I thought not having a pool might be a drawback, but once there, it was so nice, I never thought about it again. Great vacation spot!
