The villa fully renovated inside and outside sits in a unique private spot directly on the Bay. Ten Bay stunning beach is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island close to Palmetto Point.
The beach seems protected from rough waves and it is well known for the calm water great for children. The water is blue with a clean sandy bottom and it is shallow for a long way out. It is great for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling especially good at either end of the bay where it is rocky. All of this surrounded by a particular soft pink sand typical of Eleuthera. The beach is always very quiet, you may be meeting a few people who are renting one of the homes in the area.
The two-story villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The second floor has an open fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, the dishwashing machine, pots, etc.), living room, one full bathroom with shower, and one master bedroom with a king-size bed.
The second floor also benefits a large deck/balcony with a breathtaking view of the bay.
The first floor has the same size deck/balcony with a nice shade. The first floor has one additional master bedroom with a king-size and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. A full large bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor as well as an additional living area with sofas, one of them is a full sofa bed. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The house offers all the amenities required to experience a real perfect Home Away from your home. With a large selection of movies and a full entertainment center, you will enjoy every evening at the house. We have a satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo and WIFI internet.
A Tiki Hut umbrella patio is located on the deck adjacent to the small private property beach for unforgettable moments touched by the breeze, a second umbrella is on the cliff overhang the water with an amazing view.
The view and the colorful , beautiful, and awe-inspiring sunsets make this a magical place.
We also rent Monticello - Desert Rose House in North Palmetto Point - accommodates 4 guests, and Monticello - Garden of Light Villa in North Palmetto Point - accommodates 6 guests.

About The Owner
We are a family of four and we live in the United States.
Our passion for the Island of Eleuthera started in 2003 when we first went there on vacation.
We went back the year after as we really loved those pink sand beaches and the friendly local people.
We purchased our first home in 2005, we now own the Desert Rose house and the Garden of Light villa on the Atlantic coastal side, and the Blue Bahia villa on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera.
As we believe we have been lucky to find this paradise, we have decided to share our homes with guests.

Paradise
We have stayed for the past 3 years at Blue Bahia during March. You could not ask for nicer hosts, Barbara and Luciano. Their communication is incredible!! The house is gorgeous, clean, well stocked and they also have a generator that kicked on the moment power went out. Ten Bay is so relaxing.see you next year!!

Beautiful location!!!
We had a pleasant stay even with the Corona virus threat upon us (the stress took away a little from the enjoyment but it could have been worse I guess).
The property is absolutely breathtaking, we walked the beach, kayaked, swam, played in the water. Had breakfast and watched the sunset on the upper deck and had wine listening to the waves from the lower deck.
The owner and property manager were very easy to communicate with and very responsive.
The only negative that I can think of is the little creatures (no see ums) that come out at night. No matter how much insect repellent we used, we still got bitten hard. But that's nature, no fault to the owners.
Ate dinner in town a few nights, we found it quite expensive, but really nice restaurants. Keep in mind that to any of them you have at least 20-30 minutes drive , on the left side of the road, probably in the dark.
We recommend this property to anyone that is seeking peace, serenity and unforgettable views. It was truly a vacation in Paradise. Thank you Barbara for sharing your house with us! We hope to go back one day.

Blue Bahia
We loved our stay at Blue Bahia, Barbara was just delightful to deal with. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is incredible!!!! Comfy beds, very clean, well equipped kitchen, loved the deck off the upper porch, had breakfast out there many mornings. We kayaked & snorkeled around Ten Bay. We took a FISHBONE Adventure Tour with Julius(Capt Bubba) and Chubby, 4 hours of fun education,and laughs! Be sure to stay and have Fish Tacos.....so fresh.
No better way to retire than at Blue Bahia, it was so much fun to be there, it's so beautiful. We loved the birds outside our windows, the little tree frogs that were around. We saw a sting ray gliding through the shallow waters. Will definitely be back to Blue Bahia . Thank you for sharing your home Barbara & Luci!

Blue Bahia is truly paradise
My husband and I just had an amazing stay at Blue Bahia. There is no way to describe this slice of heaven accurately. Barbara’s home was warm, clean, well kept, comfortable, well appointed, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Barbara herself was attentive and responsive from beginning to end, and her caretaker, Daniel, was a warm and welcoming friend to start and end the visit with.
We had our own private paradise for the week. The bay water was an incredible turquoise, crystal clear, calm and inviting. You can wade right in, kayak, snorkel, walk down the secluded sandy beach, or lay in the warm sand with hardly any other people. You feel safe and welcomed by everyone you meet along the way. Sunrise coffee and sunset beverages on the upper deck….like I said, Heaven. We highly recommend not just this PERFECT location, but this specific property. It has everything you would want, in a location you’ll never forget. Thank you Barbara for an AWESOME BAHAMIAN EXPERIENCE!!! Happy New Year!!
