This magnificent home is surrounded by the waters of the Caribbean sea on 3 sides! The house sits on 5 acres of pristine property. A long winding driveway takes you to your own special place to enjoy the vacation everyone dreams about. Once inside the home the magnificent breezeway welcomes you with water views everywhere. The Rainbow Beach Cove usually has a sailboat or two like a picture book. Our beach has a large tikki hut for shade and entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms. Ensuite upstairs with a king bed (for an extra fee of $200 nightly) and two large bedrooms on the main level both with queen beds, one also has a twin daybed as well. All bedrooms have a full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The outside deck is accessible from all sides of the house. Plenty of room to grill and entertain. There is a small pool to relax in or to just cool off. The main attraction is the extensive semi private and rarely used beach and beautiful turquoise waters to enjoy endless hours in.The large new kitchen is fully equipped and has Corian countertops and a center island with seating. The breezeway has a very large casual dining table perfect for all meals or dine in our new screen room! . All the bedrooms are super comfortable and a nice size. The property is centrally located in the middle of Eleuthera close to Governors Airport. The nearest restaurant and bar "Rainbow Inn" is only a 3 minute drive away and always has the best food and casual atmosphere around. Live music is always a short drive away. Big Rock grocery is near and carries a full supply of groceries and sundries. Airport pickup, car rental, maid service, grocery shopping can all be arranged for an additional fee. Ideal for friends, families, couples who want privacy and exclusivity.
If you choose to pay with a credit card please let us know as there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay and we will pass the fee on to you.
The upstairs king ensuite can be added for and additional fe of 200 nightly or for groups up to 9 add on the new beach cottage for 200 nightly

Better Than The Pictures
Easy check-in and out led to a stress free stay. The property is more beautiful than the pictures can capture. Hope we can stay again sometime.

50th Birthday(s) in Paradise!
I don't usually take the time to review a property but I feel compelled to do so for this special location. Our group of six adults stayed for five nights in late January. The property was very clean, in working order and stocked with everything you need inside and out for a great vacation. The house is somewhat remote but was perfect for our needs-- there was something for everyone to do in the expansive outdoor space-- snorkeling, kayaking, cornhole, hammocks, swimming, a gorgeous beach and an amazing tiki bar! We saw tons of fish, rays, starfish, sand dollars, an octopus and had a visit from a dolphin on our last morning. Elvis was very responsive as was the homeowner. We did not take advantage of the option to have meals cooked for us but it was available. Don't miss Leo Rose restaurant down the road in James Cistern-- it sits on the beach and has a very cool vibe! Take out pizza from The Rainbow Room one mile down the road was also a nice option. HIGHLY recommend TyMan Fishing Charter & Adventures out of Spanish Wells (50 min away) for day excursion and fishing. 1-242-464--0592.
Pack light-- this is a casual island. Property is 45 minutes from North Eleuthera airport, 30 min from Governor's Harbour. We rented a car but next time would make arrangements with Elvis. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laid back trip!

Amazing place
This property was absolutely amazing. Love that it is centrally located on Eleuthera because you can get to many “tourist” places on the island in under 45 minutes... with that being said, you never need to leave this property if you don’t want to. I also highly recommend snorkeling around this property if you enjoy to snorkel. The house keeper Elvis was also very helpful!!

Absolutely fantastic!
Everything was great! If you are looking for privacy and relaxation, this is the place! Tall ceilings and endless views from every room in the house. The bridge to the island is great as well. We spent many mornings on that island watching the sun rise while drinking our coffee. In the evening, we sat in the hammocks and watched the sun set.
