Description
Located on North Beach of Current, Eleuthera and only steps away from a private white powder sand beach our 2-bedroom cottage is in the quaint settlement of Current, Eleuthera and a 10 minute drive to the ferry to Harbour Island.
Seaside Cottage is fully furnished with 2bedrooms, 1bath, a kitchen, living room area, air-conditioning and an enclosed screened porch with steps leading down to the beach.
The Cottage is supplied with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a number of small electrical appliances like coffee maker, toaster etc.
The stove is a four burner gas stove with oven which is supplied with bottled propane gas from two large (100 pounds) cylinders which are housed in the garage. Both cylinders are operational. Once cylinder is in use and the back up cylinder will always be full.

Garbage may be put out in the covered garbage disposal next to the garage. You may leave it in the garbage disposal bin for later removal by the caretaker. Alternatively, there is a trash container where it can be disposed of on
the right side of the road on the way to Current Settlement.

Honeymoon
We had the best time. The ocean was right off the patio. It was so quiet and relaxing. The place had everything we needed. We so much appreciated the hosts. They were so helpful with getting a car and finding what we needed. We would love to go back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great Vacation Spot
Loved the location. Nice and quiet so I got to rest. Beautiful sunsets and the water was fantastic. I hope to return next year and bring the whole family!

Heaven!
First time staying in Current & so glad we did! First, Sherry & Dawn made booking & communication before arriving so smooth & pleasant. I had many questions before arriving & my emails were always answered in a timely manner. The house has everything you need. Plenty of towels, blankets as well as, a stove, microwave, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker & air fryer that we didn’t use. A grill that more than likely has charcoal & lighter fluid leftover from previous visits. Great wifi & ductless a/c in every room. Power usually goes out from time to time on the island but never did during our week long stay! When we were there, we spent our time in the screened in porch playing games or in our own little watering hole in the back. We had multiple starfish & crabs that called it home, as well. Saw a stingray swim by one morning while having my coffee. The hammock is heaven. Beds are comfortable & there was plenty of dishes, spices & toilet paper! They had a 3 or 5 gallon container of water there for us. Some sweet rolls from Tommy’s Bakery, eggs & butter. Sherry is such a sweetheart! I can’t say enough good things about her! We were flying out at the tail end of a major U.S. blizzard. She was going to accommodate us an extra couple of days, if needed. Gave us coolers for beach excursions. The place had snorkel equipment AND laundry facility! Which helps a ton. North Eleuthera Shopping Center has everything you need! You’re close to Harbour Island ferry, Preachers Cave & beach, the Sapphire Blue Hole & Spanish Wells Island. Get Ice Cream at MD’s & visit Mr. Tommy at Tommy Bakery! Find so many sand dollars at Current Beach Sand Bars! This was our first time bringing our 7 year old. Let’s just say he cried when we had to leave. This was our favorite family vacation by far and we are so happy to have had such quality family time & lovely memories at this house. Thank you Sherry! Merry Christmas!
