Incredible value for money.

Beach was very private and only steps from the back porch. Groceries very close by and Barbara was responsive to all our questions and needs. Would definitely book again.

I will absolutely return

Barbara's home is in a fantastic location on the island!!! Very close to great grocery stores (Cost Cutters) with variety and good prices. You can see the Caribbean from the main bedroom, and both the front and the back of home have wonderful porches!!! To have the freedom to walk steps away to the beach anytime you want, really makes it so easy to not want to leave!!! Barbara had both her sister and brother ready available to help with any questions. Her brother stopped in twice to make sure things were running properly. I've stayed at over a dozen places throughout the past couple years on Eleuthera and Barbara's place is an excellent value for the money. She was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and spices. I will absolutely return to this location based on affordability and convenience. Great place for a young family as the beach is shallow for small children and you can walk for hours!!!!!! A little slice of paradise!!!

Right on the beach and very private

This is a very nice and quaint house. It is right on the beach and the beach is very private. You do need to bring water shoes to cause the ocean floor can be rather rocky but this is a great place to stay.

Well stocked with everything you will need

The Seabreeze was in a great location in Tarpum Bay! The beach just outside the back door was wonderful! We were able to find plentiful shells, sand dollars, and sea stars, and the sunsets were awesome! Barbara's home is comfortable, relaxed, and well stocked with everything you will need. Barbara was a very attentive host and made sure we were well cared for during our stay.

Fifth visit

This was our fifth visit to Eleuthera and our second visit to Seabreeze cottage. It is the only rental we have returned to. The rental process went very smoothly. The house was just the right size for the two of us. The beach was private and good for swimming, with lots of shells. It was a quiet and relaxing stay.
