Seabreeze is under new ownership and has undergone a transformation making it an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10). The price quoted here is for booking the main house only in low season where the rental starts at $1,100/night for the house only. If your party is more than 6 please ask for an updated quotation to include the guest cottage. The additional rental for the guest cottage ranges between $400/ night for low season up to $600/night for high season. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. The guest cottage is never rented out separately. We do try to be flexible on our minimum stay settings so it is ALWAYS worth asking if we can accommodate. March and April dates are high season as are 4th July week, Regatta week and Thanksgiving Week. Please advise date preferences and we will confirm rental rates depending on whether you are booking the main house only or the house and cottage.
The property has a private dock and comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities. We have a safe in every room. For coffee lovers we have the latest espresso coffee machine.

Seabreeze is elegant, comfortable and spacious integrating naturally with the wrap around pool, waterfall and inviting sun deck for perfect inside/outside living. Set against a backdrop of a beautiful, secluded garden are the uninterrupted views of the sea just 100' away where you can sit, relax and enjoy watching the activity on the water. A really special feature is the private gazebo and sun deck right on the waters edge perfect for secluded private sunbathing, swimming, cocktails and BBQ while experiencing some of the most magnificent sunsets in the world.
Comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas makes this an ideal home for family and friends where you can relax, entertain, or a little of both. The minute you walk into this air-conditioned house you will be amazed by the feeling of spaciousness and the breathtaking views through the 10' x 40' windows across the private pool and terraces to the dock and turquoise waters of the bay.
In the Great Room there is a high-tech kitchen with breakfast bar making this a very social space. The extendable dining table can seat up to 12 in comfort. A state of the art TV and media centre are the focal point in the seating area for evening entertainment or sitting quietly reading a book.
Upstairs the Master bedroom suite has a 14' high vaulted ceiling, a luxurious king sized bed, a walk-in closet and large bathroom, jacuzzi bath, double vanity units and shower. The private balcony overlooking the garden towards the harbour is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a peaceful afternoon siesta. The second guest suite also located on this floor has a high vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. The third guest suite is located off the Great Room on the ground floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a juliette balcony. The detached Guest Cottage offers an optional 2 further bedroom suites and a private outdoor sitting area which is under a pergola supporting a beautiful array of tropical flowering shrubs.
Situated almost on the water's edge Seabreeze has its own private dock with slips to accommodate boats up to 120'. Just a few minutes walk over the dunes behind the house is the famous Pink Sands Beach where you can take a leisurely walk, jog, swim or just lay back and enjoy paradise. For the evening perhaps a recommended private chef could cook you a delicious supper of locally caught fish or lobster in your own kitchen. Or within walking distance there is dining for all budgets, including a few of top international repute where you can enjoy some of the worlds finest cuisine.
Relax amongst an oasis of mature treees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander, night jasmine and coconut trees and enjoy the truly remarkable sunsets in this secluded historic location.

Seabreeze is 'Harbour Island living at its best' as described by another guest and favoured by return visitors year on year. It is advised to book early as dates are often booked over a year in advance.

Harbour Island is just 3 miles long and 1/2 mile wide and lies a sea mile off the tip of North Eleuthera, literally a 5-minute taxi boat ride and 53 nautical miles north-east of Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas. Daily direct flights depart from Miami, Ft Lauderdale and Nassau to North Eleuthera Airport. Bahamas Fast Ferries also run a daily return service from Nassau which is a spectacular and exciting way to arrive on 'Briland' as the locals call it.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. It has privacy off the back of the house; for enjoying the pool and sunbathing. We particularly enjoyed the balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoying coffee and reading in the am or a cocktail in the evening, this space quickly became my favorite. We had an issue with the A/C for the master bedroom; luckily we only needed it one evening. We were told the owner new about it before we arrived; but this wasn't conveyed to us. Hopefully this was/is fixed for the next guests. Clean, tidy and spacious.

Thank you for your lovely comments about our Island home! We do everything possible to maintain it in pristine condition. Your mention of a problem with the upstairs ac unit is most helpful and we have corrected it as soon as the electrician could obtain parts.
Incidentally we did not know about the problem before you arrived otherwise Julia would have told you and kept you informed of the repair process. We apologise for the one night that it let you down. It was a failed fan bearing which has now been replaced.
We hope the incident won’t prevent you visiting Seabreeze again sometime in the future!
