No parties or events unless approved by hosts. No smoking. Pets are not permitted on property. Trash is to be disposed of in the bins on the road coming into the property, approximately 2/3 mile from the house.

Check out is at 10am. Before you leave, please gather used towels and strip used bed sheets to be placed in tub.
