Everything was perfect. The house is great, the location is perfect, April & Tyson made everything as easy as possible for us and were great at answering questions and helping us with every aspect of our trip. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This is a brand new home a block from the public park and beach. The home is extremely well made and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms each have a king sized bed with fairly firm memory foam mattresses, and there are two bathrooms. The kitchen/dining area is open and spacious. It has central air. Great to have a golf cart and kayaks provided.
Tyler and April are perfect hosts who immediately answered my messages any time I had a question. My family had a great time on a half day reef fishing charter with Tyler, and caught lots of fish which were delicious.
Spanish Wells is a quiet island, where the night life consists of a visit to the local drive-up ice cream place or a walk on the moonlit beach.

Can sum up our stay with one experience: Had a flat on the cart. In less than 30 minutes after Whats App'ing April had someone there, a new tire on and we were back on the road. This property is 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Our hosts were right there to help make whatever arrangements we needed, including transportion to and from the airport. Booked a charter with Tyson and Breeanna (swimming with the pigs, feeding sea turtles and snorkeling). Top Notch! Breeanna's photography was excellent. The home and our hosts deserve more than 5 stars. Will definately try and stay here again if we come back to Spanish Wells.
