Amazing single family home, mid island, close to beach, shops and restaurants
A truly great property. The beach is a few steps across a quiet road. Governor's Harbour is just over the hill. (groceries, gas, shops, restaurants). Great location mid island. French leave beach is very quite with only ~7 houses on more than a mile of pink sand. David's communication and organization in the house is the best we've experienced. EVERYTHING is labeled and very well organized. Do rent an SUV(David has suggestions, Edgar was great) but don't expect Avis / Hertz. Edgar's grandson picked us up at the airport (just walk outside of the airport and start asking around for him) and drove us back at the end. Will return to Whel-Appointed.

Perfect Stay
This was our fifth stay at Whel Appointed, and we continue to have spectacular experiences year after year! The home is located in a perfect spot on the island, close to everything and across from one of our favorite beaches, French Leave. Getting into the town of Governor's Harbour is a quick drive to get supplies. It's central island location is also perfect to explore; from the southern tip (Lighthouse Beach, and another favorite) to the northern tip (Spanish Wells and Harbour Island). Truly the best location!
The house is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. David and Michele are extremely responsive to every inquiry, and never fail to provide the highest level of service. Their onsite caretakers, Wallace and Natasha, are also awesome!
Our days are filled with morning coffee on the front porches, strolls on the beautiful white and pink sand beach, fishing from the shore or with our favorite guide in Spanish Wells, and exploring the many beautiful beaches on the island. Knowing that we will return to our favorite island rental, Whel Appointed, at the end of the day is always a highlight!

Wedding in governors harbor ❤️
We came in with 6 guest for our daughter’s wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful. David had excellent directions to the house from north Eleuthera airport. It was the best week ever.
