Awesome house, great location, great value

This is a great house. It is clean and well kept, very comfortable. The view is beautiful. It has a great central location on the island with a lot of great beaches, restaurants, etc. relatively close by, and nothing on the island too far. In our opinion it was a great price for such a nice place. It was just me and my wife but it would be a very comfortable size house for two couples or a small family, in which case it would be an amazing value per person. The owner, Jackie, was very nice and went out of her way to be helpful. We highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again.

Love this place!

This is our third vacation at High Sea in four years, and it gets better every time. Jackie has been a terrific host, and the addition of air conditioning in the living area has made our summer stays even more fantastic. The open floor plan makes the house live bigger than it is - very comfortable for two couples. The ocean view is amazing, the location perfect, and Laura is a wonderful house manager (make sure your rent your vehicle from her - she has great suvs and minivans). We've spent about 50 days on Eleuthera in the past 6 years, and we discovered 8 new beaches this time!

Really happy you come back every year and love it more with each visit. Glad you appreciated the A/C in the living area this year; I am so glad I put that in to make the summer months enjoyable. Thank you for your kind works about Laura and her vehicles. I rent from Laura each time I am on the island so as well as her being my ‘eyes and ears’ on the island she has an awesome, reliable vehicle rental business. I am going to go discover some of the beaches you found on my next trip. Take Care, and High Seas is ready for your next trip - Jackie.

Beautiful and idyllic location

It was very easy to find High Seas thanks to Jackie's amazing directions!! She was super easy to get hold off and we felt nothing was too much hassle to ask! The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views over the ocean. With paddleboards and swimming masks and fins and inflatables if needed!

High Seas is super accessible to the airport and all the unbelievable beaches which were pristine and sooo few people if any and spent soo much time collecting shells and swimming! Jackie had left lots of information on the area, beach books and where to eat too and get the best iced coffee!! Great wifi and very friendly neighbours. LOVE LOVE LOVE and cannot recommend here enough. Cant wait to go back! XOX

Beautiful home - comfort and location!

My wife and I have recently returned from staying at High Seas and it was amazing! The beautiful photos simply do not do it justice. The location is perfect- just far enough South to get you started on touring the island but leaving the sights to the North accessible, also. Not to mention the proximity to the Rainbow Bay Inn with terrific food and special fun on Mon and Thur Pizza nights. Jackie has provided an excellent guide book to the island and she also has in the house collection a book dedicated to describing and finding the island beaches. Eleuthera will have you wandering and exploring and High Seas is perfect as the beginning and ending of those trips (be sure to rent a car from the delightful Laura)! Or you can just chill at the house on the deck overlooking the water and if you need a beach fix you are 5 minutes from calm Rainbow Bay Beach. Jackie even has a nice cooler and beach chairs you can take to the sand! We cannot say enough great things about Jackie. She was wonderful to correspond with, terrifically responsive, and when we had a hot water issue she solved the problem in a matter of hours. Her decorating style and the comfort level you feel at High Seas are outstanding! Needless to say we were blown away by the entire experience. We would say thanks again to Jackie for the opportunity to stay at High Seas and to Laura for the jeep rental and her meticulous care of the property. Our advice: if you get a chance to stay at High Seas, take it, and look no further.

Great location

The location was great and so were Andy and Laura. The house was exactly as pictured.
