perfect for the quiet get-away

Dawn's place was absolutely perfect for the quiet get-away that I needed and wanted. The cozy villa is small, comfortable, quiet, and felt like home from the moment I unpacked. There was a small coffee maker for me to have the morning 'Joe' and walk along north beach. The screened in porch was perfect for reading in the evening and at night when the mosquitos and other little biters would be out and about, I didn't get bit once. I've been to Eleuthera MANY times with my wife, and this was the first time alone. Dawn's little house was the most comfortable place I've stayed, and it truly felt like home. There were two little cats that came around and were my companions every day. One was white and black and the other was black with a white spot on their chest. They will keep you company once they get to know you. Sherry and Eddie were amazing to communicate with to get settled and rent a car from. They were knowledgeable, personable, and really did want me to enjoy myself. Thank you all for sharing your Cozy Villa with me. I'll be bringing my wife back in November if it is available again, no question about it!

Dawn and Sherry were great!

Sherry was super sweet and even called midway through our visit to check in on us to ensure everything was ok. The Cozy Villa is definitely off the beaten path. A small and cozy place.. exactly what we were looking for. And we only saw 2 other folks on the local beach one evening... that's it! The water was gorgeous!

Beautiful location!

Quaint beach cottage! Sherrie and Dawn are so receptive and helpful. Communication fabulous! The beach in front of the cottage is the most amazing clear waters and so peaceful! The two chairs we called our “perch” as they were right above the beach along with an amazing hammock. You stay here and you really don’t want to leave the property if you are a water lover like us! The cottage has a beautiful screened in porch and we had two adorable cats hang out on the deck that we named salt and pepper. Ended up feeding the scraps and bought kitty food in town. The cottage perfect for a couple to get away from it all and decompress. This is a “rustic” type of island and the feeling of being able to get away from tourist type locale and be able to completely unplug is available right here! Thank you ladies!

Wonderful cottage

Wonderful cottage with everything my wife and I needed for a restful vacation. The water and beach in front of the house were awesome. Had a local gentlemen Hank take us skin diving and to see the pigs up near Spanish Wells. Communication was great and the cottage literally had everything we needed. Thanks Dawn and Sherrie for a great time!!
