This house is perfect

This house is perfect if you're looking for something small with all the basics! It has a wonderful little beach right out front where you can snorkel and swim. It's a quiet side road with a few neighbors but we hardly saw them throughout the stay. We stayed for one week and mostly cooked for ourselves at the house, the small kitchen has everything you would need to make your own meals. We rented a car from Sherry (the manager) for the entire stay and would highly recommend this for anyone staying on the island. Each day we drove to a different beach and got to explore the island as we pleased. Sherry even brought over a new router so we could have wifi and it worked great! Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would stay here again :)

our stay was a dream

We had the most amazing vacation and our stay was a dream from start to finish. Dawn was great coordinating with us and making sure we had all we needed. The Cozy Villa is located is nice and easy, in a great spot with private access to the beach... heaven. Can't wait to go back. One advice for everyone: make sure to bring some serious bug repellent. Sand flies are mean, mean, mean.

Beautiful

Dawns place was absolutely perfect for just the two of us for a romantic getaway. The beach is rocky at high tide but once you’re in the water that doesn’t matter at all. Beautiful still waters and barely a person in sight. Would definitely recommend a rental car, we spent one day driving the whole length of the island and saw such beautiful sights. Make sure you check out the blue holes! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Cozy beach home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this simple yet cozy little house, in the calm and peaceful place right by the sea. We bought fresh fish by the docks and lobster in the small store which we grilled at the house watching the sunset from one of the patios. There are small beaches coast line where we barely saw any ppl. Awesome place to relax and have a good time.
