Dream come true!!!

The description of the home and amenities was “spot on”. The location was exactly what we were looking for. There was no one around, it was like we were on our own island. Even though it seemed remote there were very good low key places to eat within minutes. We really enjoyed pascals and Sammy’s which is 2 minutes from the house and the banana beach there was beautiful. We also had conch salad for the first time at The Delish Lifestyle, which was amazing atmosphere and so relaxing right on the beach. We also took about a 45 minute drive to the Sapphire Hole and the Queens Bath both of which were spectacular. Now, about the house, it was a dream come true. Anything we could have wanted was already there . More than enough towels, stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, spices. Etc… The views from the balconies were beyond amazing. The pool was great, if you wanted shade or sun both were offered. The snorkeling right off the back of the property was stellar! Saw some barracudas, starfish, the most beautiful blue and yellow fish. Spent a lot of time back there snorkeling. The electricity did go out a few times for just a little bit and Romell was quick to answer and calm our nerves. We have already discussed when we are going back!

Beautiful location

Outstanding views, great snorkeling and fish filled reef out your doorstep. Deborah and Romell were very responsive and helpful! House is spacious and pool was an amazing bonus!

Awesome Place

This place is amazing. Host was very helpful and has a guy that can arrange rental car and any other needs. It was hard to leave the beautiful veiws of the home to go on adventures. Snorkling was at your doorstep and the cliff jumping was cool (make sure tide is up before attempting). Friendly sea turtle greeted us snorkling. We definitely want to return.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Deborah's beautiful home, and we really had the perfect week. Deborah was always very responsive to any questions, and provided a detailed guide for first time visitors to Eleuthera. We rented a car through her on-island caretaker, Romell, who was waiting for us at the airport when we touched down in Governor's Harbour. The central location of this home is perfect for making day trips to the southern and northern parts of the island. We made day trips to Lighthouse Beach, the southern-most point of the island, as well as all the way up to Harbour Island for a day trip of exploring. Highly recommend also visiting "The Cliffs", Queen's Bath, Glass Window Bridge, and the Sapphire Blue Hole. Just a few of the countless beautiful places to discover. The adventurous will love exploring Eleuthera, as some of the most beautiful spots require you to go off the beaten path (literally).

Gaulding Cay Beach was our favorite spot to relax, boasting some of the most vibrant blue water you'll ever see. Go see Theo at the Glass Window Bar and Grill just past the Glass Window Bridge heading north. Great quick bites, and creative tasty cocktails overlooking the gorgeous blue water.

The home itself was meticulously maintained and had every creature comfort of home you would expect. The appliances and fixtures are all new. The pool is a great addition, and you get access to great snorkeling just off the back side of the property. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are Smart TV's pre-loaded with Netflix etc. to watch shows movies at night or when the occasional shower comes through.

We have stayed at other rental properties through VRBO before, but none have compared to the experience that Deborah was able to provide. We felt like we had a great guide giving us tips to further enjoy our stay the entire time. Genuinely glowing appreciation for Deborah and this gorgeous home in the perfect location. We can't wait to come back.

The most beautiful spot -

We had an amazing vacation at Deborah’s home on Eleuthera! You really can beat having a nice home, with a coral reef in the back yard, and a private pool- not to mention the best beaches and sites of the Bahamas. The island life can have a challenge here or there but Deborah is the host to help you through any that may come your way. Here thorough guide helps you to know where the best food from restaurants to grocery stores, the best sites to see, and how to navigate your way through an awesome trip! She was a very responsive host! The house is new, very nice and had everything we wanted - a very nice grill, all of the cooking items we needed - plus things we did remember to buy (like spices). The beach chairs, towels, kayaks etc! It’s the perfect Caribbean escape!
